With 18 years of first-hand global operational & sales experience within an ASX listed global flexible workspace company and more recently at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc., Schilo is considered a veteran of the industry. 

After 3 years with JLL, Schilo returns to her consultancy roots assisting individual and institutional investors with their flex space needs to drive value to their assets along with supporting existing providers in the industry.

Background:

Approached by JLL in late 2019, Schilo initially wound down Workspace Concierge after three successful years to scale, develop and Lead investor sales and solutions for the Jones Lang La Salle Startup, Flex by JLL. As a founding member of the JLL Flex team, Schilo played a critical role in amplifying the investor opportunity pipeline and investor sales presentations.

She successfully led the transition of five provider take overs during 2021 - consisting of over 200,000 rentable square feet for institutional investor clients ensuring that while a provider was departing the current members and established business continued to operate seamlessly. This led to successful transitions which then drove over $2M in revenues within the first 6 months of acquisition, along with signing 2 “new build” flex workspace locations for the Flex by JLL business.

As an expert in her field, Schilo also provided agnostic consultancy services for Management Agreement contracts ensuring maximum revenue opportunities and profitability.

Her diversified background in flexible workspace operations taken her all over the world from hometown Perth Western Australia to Singapore, Belgium, Sydney and to the USA where she worked to open 22 locations and facilitated the expansion of 10.   

Her specialties include international serviced office operations, sales & business development, Management Agreement negotiation and establishment, creating profitability strategies for under-performing locations, floor planning and pricing, feasibility studies and developing marketing and sales strategies in more than 23 countries. 

Workspace Concierge has opened coworking centers for private investor clients in Melbourne Australia, Los Angeles, Virginia and Ottawa, Canada.
